Refund policy

LittleBird is proud of the amount of care that goes into each product and backs it up with a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. Since each product is handcrafted especially for our clients, we are unable to accept any refund requests. However, in exceptional circumstances, we would try our best to accommodate you.

Refunds

We try to get your order to you at the earliest. In order to be able to do so, we need to process each order at the earliest, hence delayed cancellations can be hard to accept. Cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Damages

Our clients are requested to open the package upon delivery and inform us of any damage to the products within 12 hours of delivery. Any delay in information will void any claims for refunds or replacements for damaged product.All claims must be supported with high quality images and description of damage.
