The AirTouch® 3-Stage Mattress is a modular mattress designed specifically for the Evolve 9-in-1 Crib, adapting seamlessly from a newborn bassinet to a full crib mattress and, finally, an extended toddler-bed mattress.

At its heart is the AirTouch® 3D-printed polymer core—an open-cell structure engineered to allow continuous airflow through the mattress while providing firm, supportive comfort. Instead of replacing the entire mattress as your child grows, the same core evolves with the furniture.

Three stages. One smart design.

Stage 1 — Bassinet | 0–3 months
Two semi-circular mattress pieces come together to create a perfectly circular bassinet mattress, designed to fit the bassinet configuration of the Evolve 9-in-1 Crib.

Stage 2 — Crib Mattress | 3–24 months
Add the centre square piece between the two semi-circular pieces to create the full crib mattress. The modular construction allows the mattress to expand without compromising the individual-piece design.

Stage 3 — Toddler Bed | 2–10 years
Add the second square piece to extend the mattress further, creating the longer sleeping surface required for the toddler-bed configuration.

The AirTouch® polymer core has a highly open 3D structure that promotes airflow throughout the mattress. Each piece is enclosed in a soft, breathable, quilted cotton cover, creating a comfortable sleep surface while keeping the modular construction easy to handle.

The individual sections can be separated as your child transitions between stages, making the mattress easier to move, clean and maintain.
