The drawers are not aligned and quality control needs to be done. It looks shabby because it is out of alignment. The drawer closing mechanism doesn't work properly as well. We chose the soft close option at extra cost and it doesn't work consistently. It gets stuck midway. The knobs are of very poor quality and break away easily. There is no way to repair it or fix it due to the design. The only option is to buy replacement knobs from your website. In addition, the pieces for the removable changing tray were incorrect. The pieces didn't have holes on the opposite sides and the holes were on the same side which meant we had to drill our own hole to attach the piece. We checked the videos and everything - the only solution was to drill our own hole because of the incorrect piece. We paid a premium price for the set but the quality is no where near premium. It is below average.
